To register your card with GrabPay, just follow the simple steps below:
  1. In the Grab app, tap the Menu button and choose GrabPay.
  2. Select Add Credit/Debit Card.
  3. Enter your card details. Easy-peasy!
Please contact your bank first to register your Debit Card.
Terms and conditions:
  1. Refund amount is limited to RM 150 per passenger per month for overcharged credit/debit card payments only.
  2. 2x Money Back Guarantee consists of the actual refund amount to your credit/debit card AND the equivalent amount in Grab promo codes.
  3. Confirmation of refund will take place within 7 working days of verification of dispute.
  4. The actual refund period to your credit/debit card will depend upon the card issuing bank.
