Do’s and don’ts for riding with Grab.

We pick up thousands of passengers every day. And some of them for the very first time. So we thought it would be good to share some do's and don'ts for riding with Grab. Choose the right service. Different services cater for different number of passengers. • GrabCar, GrabTaxi, and GrabCar+ (Premium):   Up to 4 passengers. • GrabCar (6-Seater): Up to 6 passengers. • GrabShare: Up to 2 passengers per booking as you may share it with another 2 passengers from another party. Ready. Set. Book. Only book a ride when you're absolutely ready to go. Don't keep your driver waiting for more than 5 minutes. And if you're booking a GrabShare, your driver will only wait for 3 minutes max! Enter your exact Pick-up and Drop-off points. This will help your driver find you easier and get you to your destination faster. Here's a tip: Use the "Note" function to help your driver out. Don't book a ride if you might cancel it. We know it happens sometimes. But cancelling rides will still inconvenience drivers and delay other passengers. So only book when you're sure.
