How do I get started on GrabRewards?

All Grab users are automatically enrolled into our the programme at no extra cost. Make sure you're on latest version of the Grab app so that you're able to see and redeem the latest offers from our partners.

How many GrabRewards tiers are there and how do I know which tier I belong to?

There are 4 Tiers: Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Read about them and their benefits here. You can see your status if you tap the "GrabRewards" button on the app. Remember, your tier status is based on the number of points you've accumulated in the current Period (6 months).

How do I earn GrabRewards points?

Every RM1 spent on a Grab ride earns you a minimum of 1 GrabRewards point. To make it even better, we sometimes offer boosters that will help you accelerate your point accumulations.

If you pay with GrabPay (credit or debit cards), you'll earn 2x (double) the points you earn with cash payments.

= 50 points (with cash payments)
= 100 points (with GrabPay)
